Senior Integrated Campaign Manager

At Abstract we're looking for a Senior Integrated Campaign Manager to join our team.

Full-time · Remote, North America

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Integrated Campaign Manager to build and run campaigns end to end: the nurture, the webinar, the event follow-up, the ABM play, and the reporting that tells us whether any of it worked. You will own execution in HubSpot and partner closely with Product Marketing on messaging and with Sales on what actually lands in a deal cycle.

This is a builder role, not a coordinator role. Many of our motions do not exist yet. You will be the one standing them up, then making them repeatable.

This is a senior individual contributor role. You will own the campaign function, not a slice of it, and you will be the one deciding what to run, not waiting to be told.

You will report to the VP of Marketing and work day to day with our Director of Product Marketing.

What you’ll do

  • Own campaign execution in HubSpot: email, workflows, landing pages, lists, lifecycle stages, and reporting

  • Build and run integrated campaigns that connect content, webinars, field events, paid, and outbound into one journey instead of five disconnected touches

  • Run the campaign side of our messaging launches: landing page, sequences, retargeting, and the follow-up motion, tracked as a Salesforce campaign so we can see what it produced

  • Build and run outbound sequences by segment. Splunk and Sentinel shops hear about cost first. Pipeline-first teams on Cribl hear about consolidation. Teams standing up an agentic SOC hear about control. Same story, different front door

  • Turn ASTRO threat research into campaign fuel: sequences, nurture tracks, webinar programs, and follow-up motions

  • Run pre-event and post-event campaign motions for conferences and field events, including list build, outreach, and lead follow-up with Sales

  • Build and maintain ABM plays against named target accounts, working with Sales on account selection and messaging

  • Partner with Product Marketing so campaign messaging matches positioning and does not drift. Approved claims and approved numbers only, even when the unapproved one is a better headline

  • Report on campaign performance against pipeline, and be honest about which programs are not working

  • Help keep our HubSpot and Salesforce data clean enough that the reporting is trustworthy, including making sure reps actually stamp the campaign source on the opp

  • Use AI tools in your daily workflow to produce more than a person at your level normally could

What we’re looking for

  • 6+ years in B2B marketing, with several in demand gen, campaigns, or marketing ops at a software company. You have owned the campaign calendar somewhere before, not just the pieces of it

  • Strong hands-on HubSpot skills. You have built workflows, managed lists and lifecycle stages, debugged a form capture problem, and built reports yourself rather than asking someone else to

  • Comfort working alongside Salesforce, including how leads and contacts sync and where attribution tends to break

  • Fluent, daily use of AI tools for real work: research, drafting, repurposing content, building assets, analyzing campaign data. Tell us specifically what you use and what you have built with it

  • Enough technical curiosity to learn security, or existing security market knowledge. You should be able to explain why a SOC would want detection before the data hits storage, even if you learn it here

  • Comfort with ambiguity and with owning something before anyone has written the playbook for it

  • Clear writer. Much of this job is writing the email, the landing page, and the follow-up

Nice to have

  • Cybersecurity or infrastructure software background, especially if you have marketed against or alongside Splunk, Sentinel, or Cribl

  • Webinar program ownership, including promotion, production, and follow-up

  • Experience with Apollo, Webflow, or similar tools in a HubSpot-first stack

  • Field event marketing experience, especially conference sponsorship activation

  • Any experience building agents or automations that made your own job smaller

Compensation

  • Base salary: $145,000 to $155,000

  • Bonus tied to company goals

  • Equity and benefits per Abstract’s standard plan

About Abstract

Abstract is a security data pipeline and agentic SIEM in one platform. We sell to security teams paying too much to see too little, and our promise is that they can see and stop threats faster for less than they pay today. Most of our buyers run Splunk or Sentinel, often with Cribl in front, and most of them want to keep what they have and pay less for it, so we sell in front of, beside, or instead of the SIEM they already own. Our threat research team, ASTRO, publishes original research that drives a lot of how the market finds us.

The marketing team is small and moves fast. The culture here is to punch above your weight class: you are expected to improve the people, process, and technology around you, and nothing is off limits.
